Oats & Whole Wheat Pizza Pizza Dough Recipe

Oats, whole wheat, flaxseed pizza is a wholesome recipe and you will have no guilt of having a pizza again.

Ingredients

  • 2 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp active yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp fennel powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup oats flour
  • Warm water to knead the dough
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Flaxseeds (optional)
  • Pizza cheese grated
  • Topping of your choice for pizza

Method/Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, put 100 ml of warm water. Add sugar and dissolve it. Add yeast and cover bowl with plastic wrap.
  2. After 10-15 min it will ferment than add 1 cup of wheat flour and that much water that it becomes like cake batter. Now rest this batter for 30 min covering with plastic wrap.
  3. After 30 min you find batter will get lots of bubbles. Now add remaining wheat and oats flour. add rest of the ingredients with oil and make a dough.
  4. On wooden board, dust some wheat floor and put our dough on it and turn the dough for 50 times
  5. Put this dough again for 30 min covering plastic wrap.
  6. After 30 min, ensure to give the finishing touch to the dough using some oil.
  7. Roll the dough and put in pizza baking tray. spread grated cheese. Add the toppings of your choice and bake pizza on 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown spot came into notice on cheesy surface.
  8. Healthy pizza is ready!!!
